Galley: DuPont Stone countertops and backsplash sparkle in dramatic halogen track lighting, and gleaming stainless appliances make this a stunning area for entertaining and preparing gourmet meals. Stainless GE Profile refrigerator has upper side by side French doors with filtered chilled water, and lower freezer drawer with ice maker. Stainless steel deep sink with side prep sink and upscale chrome handle faucet is located on the port side, with large opening window for fantastic ventilation. Propane cook top and oven with black glass front, and built in stainless GE Profile microwave allow the chef to prepare any gastronomic delight easily. Storage is abundant, including many drawers, cabinets, and pantry. Broan under-counter trash compactor with stainless front is a wonderful appliance on long voyages.
Day Head: Most convenient! Thanks Jack Hargrave for thinking this through! Featuring Electric saltwater’ flush head, white Corian vanity and sink, Grohe faucet, full sized mirror with halogen lighting, wood blinds, Brazilian hardwood floors, and salon matching wall coverings and valances.
Pilot House: Separated from the galley and salon by a teak door and equipped with night vision lighting this ships control center has comfort and safety features to brag about. Fully air conditioned, recently refinished teak and varnish throughout and state of the art electronic equipment is impressive. The butter soft leatherette bunk expands from seating to berth, with plenty of locker, drawer, and chart storage beneath. Both pilot house wing doors open to the deck companionway, including the Portuguese bridge, which has port and starboard engine controls and additional storage locker. The Captain’s console houses the engine controls, engine gauges, chart plotters, SSB, VHF, computers, closed circuit camera screen, auto pilot, stabilizer controls, and a magnificent traditional ships wheel. A teak ladder located on the starboard side of the pilothouse leads up to the Fly bridge deck.
Fly Bridge: A large, black canvas bimini top forward of the radar arch provides a shady spot for piloting from Captain’s and First Mate’s chairs, where controls and gauges for the engines, chart plotter, auto pilot, radar display, VHF radio, and CD player are visible and in easy reach. A custom U-shaped lounge seating area with under-seat storage is perfect for relaxing underway.
Fly Bridge continued: A Scottsman beverage refrigerator, U-Line icemaker and wet bar make entertaining top side easy. The Zodiac RIB is easily lifted from the water onto the chalks with a powerful davit located port side, allowing lots of additional deck space for storing toys, and stretching out on chaise lounges. Abundant storage as well as the galley’s propane tanks is accessible from the fly bridge locker.
Mid Ship Stateroom: Configured with full size twin berths, with ultra suede headboards, separated by a dresser topped with table lamp, and Sharper Image AM/FM CD Player. Forward Stateroom: Berths may be configured as custom over sized king, or two separate twin berths with upholstered bulkheads both port and starboard. Large hanging locker, and under berth drawers as well as stowaway storage is plentiful. Air conditioning, operable ports on both sides and large hatch to the bow ensure comfortable temperatures. En-suite bath includes separate glass door stall shower with opening port, electric salt water toilet, Corian vanity, Grohe faucet and halogen lighting. Stateroom flooring is textured Berber carpet and bathroom is Brazilian walnut. Custom spreads and bed linens for both mattress configurations and bath linens are included.
Companionway: This space can be used many ways. It houses a full length of storage lockers under a twin sized counter which was originally designated as a crew berth. It makes a perfect workshop, or provision storage area before long voyages. 2 hanging lockers are located under the spiral staircase, one with selves for a pantry. Teak shelving above the berth and an operable port are located on the starboard side. Aft of the berth is a freezer located in the space originally used for the washer and dryer. Bulkheads are teak, and companionway floors are Brazilian walnut, with an Oriental hall runner leading to the Engine Room.
Engine Room: Two Detroit Diesel 471 Naturals continue to be the economical, reliable work horses they are famous for. Easy access to everything in the stand up, walk around full width engine room makes service to the ships systems the envy of every boater in this class, as well as professional engineers. A Reverso Automatic Oil changer (installed December 2007) makes changing oil in generators and main engines a breeze. The engine room blowers quickly cool the room after cruising, and the ceiling mounted fan circulates the air while doing maintenance chores.
Aft Deck: Full width aft deck is furnished with 7’ teak sofa with Sunbrella cushions, dining table, 6 matching chairs, and end tables. White non skid deck surface was redone in ’09. Glass wing doors access the walk around decks, and drop down screens provide

Starboard side of the cabin includes a walk in hanging locker, built in upholstered seating, and bedside nightstand and lamp. Both sides of the bed have adjustable arm reading halogens. Port side in the cabin houses built in wardrobe cabinets including lockers and drawers. Atop the built in cabinetry houses the Panasonic TV / VHF player and CD player. Next to the bed are a writing desk, bedside lamp and chair. The Master bathroom flooring is Brazilian walnut, boasts a full size tub and shower with sliding glass enclosure, white Corian vanity, lavish mirror surrounds, electric salt water flush toilet, and recessed halogen lighting. 2 operable ports are located on either side of the stateroom and one in the tub/shower area. The stateroom is tastefully appointed, spacious, comfortable, and the storage capacity is amazing!
Cockpit: The benefits of a cockpit are numerous; not the least of which include safe and easy dinghy access, convenient line handling, lazarette storage, swim platform access and fresh water wash down. However, this also provides a safe and clean environment for the Force 10 Stainless Steel propane BBQ, new in ’09. In the lazarette storage area, a replacement drive shaft, two spare props, dock water softening system, and cleaning supplies are stowed. The cockpit deck box provides convenient storage for stern and tow lines. The 7 step Tide Rider boarding ladder stows cleanly against the aft rails. The swim platform is 2 steps down from the cockpit, where the 4-step dive ladder is easily deployed, and a small retractable ladder is permanently attached.
