Frequently Asked Questions
A standard yacht charter typically takes 4 hours. We can take bookings from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. If you wish to make an evening booking from 7:00 pm, do contact us as additional charges apply. You may extend the hours if you need to, but additional charges will apply.
We will sail out from Marina Keppel Bay towards St Johns / Lazarus Islands. On both the journeys out and back, we will sail past the beautiful Singapore city skyline and Sentosa. We can also do a cruise for a duration of 2.5 hours without anchoring (hence no water activities).
The captain will make a judgement call on whether or not it would be safe to sail out. If it’s CAT 1 weather (thunderstorm), marina regulations do not allow us to sail out. We may delay the sail-out time for up to 30 minutes. If bad weather persists, guests will be able to reschedule at their convenience at the sole discretion of the skipper. There’s no refunds for cancellations. If it’s light rain we will still go ahead with the charter. Kindly arrive at the marina regardless of weather condition/forecast unless informed otherwise. Only if the haze PSI level exceeds 200 will the customer have an option to postpone.
For safety reasons, and as per NEA regulations, no swimming or water activities will be allowed at the Southern Islands after 7:30 pm.
No refunds are available for cancellations or postponements. Rescheduling is subject to terms & conditions and availability, and may incur a rescheduling fee. If fewer guests attend than booked, or if any services are cancelled, no refunds will be given, nor can payments be offset against other services.
Food & drinks are not included in a standard charter package. But we have BBQ, chef, or private dining add-ons available. You are free to bring your own food & drink. Note that illegal substances are strictly not allowed on board.
